Terms of Use

Please read these terms before using BusinessOptix Labs ("Labs"). By signing in to or using Labs, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Labs.

1. What Labs is

Labs is a space where BusinessOptix shares prototype, beta and preview features and applications. Everything in Labs is experimental and made available for demonstration and evaluation only.

2. Access

Access is limited to individuals authorised and invited by BusinessOptix, signed in with your organisational (Microsoft Entra ID) account. You are responsible for activity carried out under your sign-in, and you must not share your access with anyone else.

3. Cookies and your information

We use cookies and your user details only to:

• manage access — to authenticate you and control what you can see; and
• log activity — for security, troubleshooting, and understanding how Labs is used.

We do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell them or share them with third parties. For how BusinessOptix handles personal data generally, see the BusinessOptix Privacy Policy.

4. Prototype features — no guarantees

Labs features are early-stage. They may be incomplete, may change or be removed at any time without notice, may be unstable or unavailable, and are not supported — they carry no service levels, warranties, or commitment to continue beyond the prototype stage. Do not rely on Labs for production use, business decisions, or anything you cannot afford to lose.

5. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Everything in Labs — the features, applications, designs, content, data, and the underlying ideas and know-how — is the confidential and proprietary property of BusinessOptix. It is shared with you in confidence for evaluation only. You must not copy, record, screenshot, download, distribute, publish, or disclose any of it to anyone outside your authorised group, and you must not use it for any purpose other than evaluating it within Labs.

6. Acceptable use

Use Labs only for its intended evaluation purpose. You must not:

• attempt to bypass security, or access areas or data you are not authorised to use;
• upload personal, sensitive, regulated, or real client/production data; or
• misuse, disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the environment.

7. Content you enter

Because Labs is a test environment, anything you enter may be visible to BusinessOptix and may be changed or deleted at any time. Please do not enter anything confidential, personal, or important.

8. No warranty and no liability

Labs is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusinessOptix accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Labs.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, or change or withdraw Labs, at any time. Your continued use of Labs means you accept the current terms.
